Refund Policy

All products found on www.LCKYbrandclothing.com come with a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund (some restrictions apply).

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a transaction receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a refund, please contact lckybrandclothing@gmail.com and let us know what is wrong with the product you have received. Once your claim has been validated, you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a refund in-store credit
(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund via email, will not be accepted. All Clearance items are final sale, no refunds or exchanges.

*COVID 2022 UPDATE 

Due to the recent influx in COVID-19 cases around the world, LCKY Brand Clothing is currently not accepting exchanges on sale items. However, in the event that an ordered item is found to be defective or damaged, or you have been shipped the wrong item, LCKY Brand Clothing will happily provide a full refund or replace the item(s) at no extra charge.   

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any sale item is defective, damaged or not the item you ordered, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Claims made 14 days after an order has been received, will not be eligible for a refund.  

For sale items damaged in transit or defective upon arrival, please email lckybrandclothing@gmail.com and include photographs of the damaged or defective area(s). To process your claim quickly, please ensure that damaged or defective area(s) are clearly visible in the photo. For best results, take photographs of your item in good light and on a flat surface.

  

Returns/Exchanges

Unfortunately, at this time, LCKY Brand Clothing does not offer returns or size exchanges due to the growing number of COVID-19 cases globally.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Exceptions / non-refundable items

LCKY Brand Clothing currently does not provide refunds on gift cards or orders due to change of mind or buyer's remorse. Customers residing in Brazil with a defective purchase, must contact lckbrandclothing@gmail.com within 7 days after receiving an order and provide a clear photograph of the defective item. The refund request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.
